Salary payments via the bank giro file that are to be in the recipient’s account on December 23 must be submitted and approved no later than Thursday, December 19 before 6:30 p.m.
Salary payments via XML files and online banking must be approved before 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 22 in order to reach the recipient on December 23.
Supplier payments that must reach the recipient’s account by year-end (December 31) must be submitted and approved no later than December 28 before 6:30 p.m., and have a payment date no later than December 30.
As there is large volume at the end of the year, we recommend that payments are sent well in advance.
Important deadlines before New Year’s savings
In order for your orders and changes to be processed in 2025, it is important to comply with the deadlines below. The closer to the new year we receive the assignments, the greater the risk of them being processed after the year-end. Plan well in advance to ensure that everything is processed before the year-end.
