Programmes for recent graduates

A graduate or trainee programme is an excellent gateway into working life and DNB. You get a permanent position within a highly relevant area and the opportunity to build expertise and collaborate with talented people across the bank.

We offer several programmes focusing on different areas of expertise.

Summer job or internships

Would you like to use your holidays to gain work experience and earn a bit extra for the rest of your studies? Spend the summer or winter with us as an intern or summer temp!

We offer various internships in different parts of the bank, both summer and winter. As an intern you will work on a project basis with large and small challenges that DNB and the financial industry face.
As a summer temp you will cover for one of the bank's employees, and work to keep the bank and our services running throughout the summer.

We usually recruit for summer jobs early in the spring term.

Work placements

Several degree programmes offer the opportunity for a placement with an employer as a credit-bearing part of the course. Work placements at DNB are advertised directly through selected educational institutions' own channels, and not on our website. If you are looking for a placement, we therefore recommend that you contact your educational institution to enquire about the opportunities.

As a placement student, you get a taste of what working life has to offer.
You gain relevant experience and the opportunity to see whether DNB might be the right employer for you.

Part-time job

We offer part-time jobs in Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Gjøvik and Trondheim, in areas including sales, service, advisory services and IT development.
