Physical treatment

The insurance includes physical treatments such as physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with a flexible number of treatments tailored to individual needs and insurance coverage. The treatment is carried out by qualified healthcare personnel in our network for optimal follow-up. Note that treatment must be pre-approved.

Psychological first aid

We offer psychological treatment and counselling from experienced psychologists in our network. You gain access to professional help that can support you in challenging situations. Note that treatment must be pre-approved before starting.

Are you on sick leave or at risk of becoming so? Helselos is a phone-based service where you receive professional health guidance and follow-up based on a holistic assessment. The adviser is a social worker and is backed by an interdisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists and nurses.

Mental self-help online

Are you struggling with stress, depression, anxiety or sleeping problems? Gain access to our digital self-help program Flow, which is evidence-based and developed by experienced psychologists. Based on the preliminary self-test, you will receive tips and advice on how to manage and improve your mental health on your own.
